## Notes for agents
- Checkout creates a ProofRail Seal and order-intent packet. Payment remains bank-to-bank or by agreed contract path; no Stripe, marketplace checkout, bank login, or payment initiation is used.
- A valid ProofRail packet hash does not prove payment moved; final settlement receipts require reconciliation.
- The legacy testnet whitepaper is intentionally excluded from agent and discovery indexes until reconciled with the current non-custodial receipt-layer position.
