Direct payments need receipts, not screenshots.

ProofRail wraps a customer-directed payment path with a sealed packet, a stable memo, local verification, and a reconciliation record. It does not custody funds or initiate the transfer.

1

Define the obligation

Amount, payee, buyer, deliverable, due date, memo, and route are captured before money moves.

2

Create the wrapper

The site creates a ProofRail Seal and packet the buyer can download, copy, and verify.

3

Move money yourself

The buyer uses their own bank, Zelle, or agreed contract path. The page never logs into a bank or initiates ACH/RTP/FedNow.

4

Reconcile and export

Reported payment is separated from verified packet integrity and final settlement receipt.

What it replaces first

Messy manual payment trails: screenshots, forwarded bank emails, stale invoice notes, and 30/60/90-day uncertainty. ProofRail gives both sides a boring record they can export later for taxes, dispute review, or reconciliation.
