What this is
Talley IT builds practical infrastructure for people who need a clean record of what happened. The work is intentionally direct: define the obligation, create the packet, let the customer move money through their own rail, then reconcile and export the proof.
ProofRail is the flagship product. voidllm and Governed Runtime are the local AI and execution pieces around the same idea: keys, actions, logs, and receipts should be visible enough to audit.
Working style
Build the rail, then show the receipt.
- No custody claims.Talley IT does not present ProofRail as holding customer funds. It creates instructions, wrappers, verification packets, and reconciliation records.
- No magic status.Reported payment, verified packet integrity, and final settlement are separate states.
- No hidden proof.The product surface should expose exports, hashes, receipt IDs, and mismatch explanations when they matter.
